I was truly impressed with the clean, modern decor and the spacious communal kitchen. The shared areas were easily accessible, making it comfortable for seniors like me. The kitchen had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
Some noise from the pub below was bothersome.

The Deluxe Double Room had a decent layout and was reasonably spacious for a couple. Wi-Fi access worked well once you figured out the code, which is conveniently located in the kitchen area.
Getting to the room involves a walk through a pub garden that could use some attention—broken furniture and litter detract from the overall first impression. The location sits within a lively housing estate, which means noise from locals can spill into the night. The basin in the bathroom is on the small side, making it a bit tricky for someone who likes a bit more space. On a couple of occasions, I noticed the TV didn’t have a remote, which can be a hassle. parking felt less secure since there seemed to be no designated area or oversight.

Excellent communal space and stunning room
I stayed for one night in a Deluxe Double Room, and it was fantastic! The communal area is thoughtfully designed, has everything you could need, including a washing machine, and feels more like a home than just a room above a pub. My room was stunning, spacious, and had a very comfy bed, making it a perfect retreat. I would love to come back again and would definitely recommend this place. The only downside was the self-check-in process, which could be improved for better clarity.

Couple looking for comfort and style
The communal area was just fantastic, had everything you need including a washing machine! and the room itself was stunning, with a comfy bed that felt like heaven to sink into after a long day.
Not exactly affordable, but I guess you get what you pay for.

cozy and comfy stay!
We stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe double room. The place was mostly clean, though we spotted a stain on the mattress protector—let's hope it was just coffee! The outdoor dining area was a nice touch for drinks. pretty chill vibe but could use some more attention to detail.

I loved my stay in the spacious deluxe double room, especially with all the kitchen amenities handy for late-night snacks. The garden area was a nice spot to unwind, with comfy seating and a peaceful vibe. The only downside was the slightly slippery fire escape during the rain, but it didn't put a damper on my overall experience! 😊

Had a great time enjoying the local sights, especially the nearby parks and museums. The room was super clean and offered great kitchen facilities, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A mirror in the bedroom would have been helpful, and better towel hanging arrangements in the bathroom would be beneficial. it was a nice experience with easy access to public transport.
